We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! its location in the very center of the city, just in front of Torgovaya square, was perfect for exploring all the landmarks, and it made it easy for us to move around. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean, providing enhanced comfort with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a blast! The room was cozy and comfortable with great amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the festivities. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The restaurant service was a bit of a letdown. The food was average, and the service was slow and unresponsive.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just steps away from the main tourist attractions and popular restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the friendly staff is always willing to help. the breakfast is simple but good, and there is a travel services office on-site for convenience.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not great, and noise from adjacent rooms can be heard.

Great location in the heart of the city, just walking distance to many attractions. the rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, with spacious accommodation. One of the best aspects is the delicious breakfast, which was served promptly with fresh and tasty ingredients.

Room furniture was very basic, and there was building and knocking noise due to hotel renovation. the front desk staff were unhelpful, and English was limited.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it allowed me to easily walk to all the main attractions in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was good. I was grateful for the parking nearby and the friendly staff who helped me with transportation.
